Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts Maldives has secured two awards at the Travel Trade Maldives Awards 2026, with Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon recognised in the Best Dive Resort category and Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa Maldives named among the winners for Best Honeymoon Destination.
The awards were presented at the TTM Awards & Gala 2026 held at CROSSROADS Maldives on 27 August, marking the conclusion of the 10th edition of TTM Maldives.
Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon, located in North Ari Atoll, was recognised for its diving experience. The resort features a house reef, a 24-hour diving facility and access to more than 50 nearby dive sites.
“Diving is deeply connected to the identity of the resort and has been part of the island’s story for many years,” said Hassan Shihab, Resort Manager of Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon.
Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa Maldives, an adults-only resort in Meemu Atoll, was recognised in the Best Honeymoon Destination category. The resort spans two islands and offers overwater and beach accommodation, lagoon views and experiences designed for couples.
Rajeeva Rajapakse, General Manager of Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa Maldives, said the recognition reflects the resort’s focus on creating private and memorable experiences for couples.
The two awards recognise the different experiences offered across Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts Maldives, from diving in North Ari Atoll to honeymoon and couples-focused stays in Meemu Atoll.
