Nowhere Private Island has opened in Baa Atoll, completing the two-island concept of luxury resort .Here, which features just nine residences across two islands connected by a natural sandbank.
Located within the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the new private island joins Somewhere, which opened in December 2025 with seven beachfront and overwater residences.
Unlike Somewhere, Nowhere is reserved exclusively for a single group of guests. The island features two residences offering eight bedrooms and more than 3,300 square metres of living space, accommodating up to 24 guests.
The five-bedroom Presidential Residence spans approximately 2,399 square metres and includes a private cinema, fitness studio, sauna, steam room and wellness facilities. The three-bedroom Lagoon Residence offers an additional 930 square metres of living space overlooking the ocean.
Designed by Singapore-based Kulör Group, with interiors by Muza Lab and architectural contributions from Topo Design Studio, the island incorporates natural materials, contemporary tropical architecture and open spaces.
Guests have access to dedicated butler services through the resort's signature Roohu service, alongside private chefs, personalised dining and around-the-clock in-residence dining.
The island also features Fehi Wellness, an exclusive facility offering personalised treatments, a couples treatment room and a yoga chamber.
Beyond the private island, guests can visit .Here's overwater restaurant SAFAR, led by Executive Chef Georgios Vasilopoulos, and enjoy complimentary access to the dining, wellness and leisure facilities at neighbouring Finolhu, a Seaside Collection Resort.
The opening completes .Here's original two-island development, combining the more social resort experience of Somewhere with the exclusive-use accommodation offered at Nowhere.
